HI FUNSTERS - GREAT NEWS

We have been in touch with Doug at the Rose and Crown and he has no problem having our meet WHICH WILL NOW BE CALLED DAVE AND POLLY'S MEET he also is covered by insurance. This of course is governed by the government rules when he announce them on May 17th.
All facilities will be open toilets, showers, elsan and fresh water, apart from these there is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, outside Gym. In addition new enclosed marquee which if allowed Doug will put on Sat entertainment.
The only thing is we have to keep to are the gov. rules if we want to gather around in groups no more than 30 people at a time outside, if you want to go inside then its 6 to a table.
We will be going up to look at the field to see how many vans we can get on, as soon as we are out of isolation hopefully we will be able to get everyone on including the ones that are on the reserve now.
The price of the meet is £11pn or £15 with EHU please let us no if EHU is required.
The payment will be made at the gate.
To save time can you please put your money in an envelope with your Full Name, Forum Name, Vehicle Reg. and how many night you will be
staying. If you paid a deposit the year before can you also make a note on the envelope to help me.
