Hi sorry but the whole festival is fully booked the only places on offer are at Chester lakes which is in in a completely different place than the festival and about 5 miles away so I wouldn't recommend that.
Sorry to hear that you have been in hospital and hope you are now on the mend.

Joy I spoke to Briony this morning and she says you were refunded in the 2nd it does take between 5 and 10 working days to show up on your account depending if a weekend was involved.
Briony explained that she needed a written e mail from you before she could issue a refund as soon as you did that the refund was issued if you haven't had it by the 12th please let me know.

I never received any email confirmation when I booked - should I have received something? Just don't want to turn up on site with no paperwork to prove we're booked in.

Also, I think there was something about a £10 dining voucher - any idea where I get this from?

Hi I recieved an email from camperfest re Chester today anyone else had this?
It said amongst other things that we kindly request that you carry out a covid lateral flow test be for arriving.
Not done this before, double jabed so didnt know this was required how does one get this done.

Us too. We're double-vaccinated with the NHS app to prove it, but of course that doesn't guarantee we don't have the lurgy. TBH I'm not sure about the legality of their request but if an event organiser wishes you to have a test as a condition of entry I believe that's still their decision.

When Covid was on the up we got a couple of packs to be used for self-testing if we needed to. Still got some left so will use those. You can probably still get them for free from a nearby testing centre.

Are we to take a picture of the result.
If they are willing to take people at thier word Im ok with that.
I'm not paranoid we will test but I assumed they wanted some kind of offical paperwork.
