hi looking for a awning pole tensioner and a 2mtr by 2mtr awning carpet,i know there not exspensive articles but rather put few quid in funsters pocket, also good awning pegs regards steve, based in somerset

I have all of those in my workshop, but I'm up in West Midlands. I'd need to check the size of the carpet if you're keen.

Buy a couple of adjustable clothes poles B&M about £3 , cut of the hook and fit walking stick rubbers to both ends , take the locking mechanism off get a long spring usually from an agricultural store ( gate spring ) drop it inside and cut a length of hose pipe to drop inside the pole and keep trimming the hose to length to give you the tension you need ....

contact lillypad and buy the pole set about £30 / £40
