Anyone booking with Brittany Ferries??

Since we sold our Motorhome last month, and we had to cancel a crossing to Santander in March, we have a Refund Voucher for £380.62 for Ferries. It can be used on any of their sailings to France or Spain.

We have received confirmation that the voucher can be transferred to a friend and is valid until the 4 March 2022. “Please note that the expiry date is the date that the voucher needs to be presented for payment by; the booking does not need to be travelled on by this date”

“This voucher may be used as whole or part payment for any ferry crossing or Brittany Ferries inclusive holiday. If a voucher of monetary value is redeemed for a booking of lesser value than the face value of the voucher, no differential refund can be made.”

So, if anyone is thinking of making a booking then we are open to an offer on the voucher.

We had a pet friendly cabin which is why it cost so much. We lost the deposit, which we expected, and would have used the voucher if we had continued motorhoming, but that era has passed.

We are BF Members, we booked for Christmas to Santander, driving to a Friends Villa in Portugal for new tear, then over to our house in Spain.

Could not book with my £700 of vouchers so paid by card. I will use vouchers to pay balances. Ive asked BF to refund deposit and use vouchers. I am more likely to get a blessing from the Pope.

Its just the name of a cabin with a TV..They also have Commodore Class,,cant afford those Think it was 10 pounds dearer than a standard..I am a Club Voyage member,,BUSBY.

Im in France atm. Hopefully we won't be forced into Q14, I'm booked st malo Portsmouth next month. I've just booked for October 13th out 18th back Portsmouth Caen, £520 with club discount... then back out in November... so they should still be business.

Hi Teasy2007 - is the voucher only valid for journeys from uk to Spain/France?
Or can it be used for a crossing the other way round? I.e. Spain/France to Uk?

I've been using existing.bookings@brittanyferries.com and that seems to be okay at present, but you may have to wait weeks for a reply took me about four. They are simply swamped. Do let us all know how you get on please.

The voucher can be transferred to a friend, at face value, and the journey can be made on any crossing with Brittany Ferries.

Obviously we would be happy with £200, rather than losing £380. PM me if you want further information or details.

pw9crab - I’ve retraced my steps
From the home page click on “Help & Info” at the top right hand side then I scrolled down to the link under “I’d like to book my sailing with you” as that was the option that most clearly matched what I was trying to do. Got a reply next day.
