We went to Exmouth today for our exercise, we have previously lived there some 33yrs ago, love the seafront and I have run many a mile over the cliffs to Budleigh and beyond. We bumped into an old work colleague who I had not seen for over 35yrs, so good to have a catch up, SD of course.

Another lovely day, rain has gone and it's getting back to normal.
A slow start for our bike ride today, Janie had baking to do first, and get a tuna curry in the slow cooker, love coming home and dinners ready, open a beer and good to go.

Hang on we have an enquiry about a holiday booking.

But worth the effort, a cooked today date and walnut bun they travel better than cake, and of course the flask of coffee. Bob.
