The biggest RV I have ever seen. It's pitched up at Marjal and takes up two whole pitches, and the pitches are very big there.

Don't expect it moves very often.

Long walk with Laika the wonder dog this morning . Towards the end of the walk we past the Tate. They were filming the new Tom cruise movie, he's on the the top of the tower (right side of the photo) . I was fascinated by the helicopters filming it and how they can stay so static.
The other photo is Laika the wonder dog enjoying digging in the sand as the Thames was going out. The sand bank is in front of the Tate.
Just added the photo of Laika the wonder dog mid air , she loves the feeling of the sand and jumps around like a lamb.

...though I'm sure he's a lovely man

Great day walking around the castle at Peniscola , beautiful old town and a history lesson on the Knights Templars

I'm cheating again as not my pics, Sophie hired a car with some friends from Uni and drove to the Grand Canyon.
The pics gave Lorraine a heart attack instead of thinking that's lovely, she became a typical mother oh what if she fell

Popped over to keswick for another paddle with ken on derwentwater...
Lovely when the suns out but the wind is gusty and bringing in snow and sleet flurries....
A good paddle today... hopefully ill get some of the photos ken took on the water but heres one or two when the sun was out yesterday..

This is the sites local celebrity.. always in your face looking for food...

A few from the last couple of days (sorry Jim) at Almayate.
We were invited for a curry at some friends so my wife made a fruit platter as a palate cleanser/pudding.
Mango, Pineapple, Strawberries, Melon, Persimmon &, Avacado, sprinkled with Sea Salt, Course ground Black Pepper and drizzled with Dark Rum

A few shots of the Camperstop on the Marina at the east end of Torre del Mar

You would be forgiven for thinking they were tea pickers in Ceylon but they were actually picking Artichokes!!

A light lunch at a local bar in Almayate...
A glass of red with tapas at €1 each (l to r) Pulpo with potatoes in a red sauce, Pork and vegetables in a creamy sauce and Caramelized vegetables, con pan of course!!
