Hi, I am sure this has been answered somewhere but can't find it.
I have an unlocked Vodafone MiFi which is working well with the 12 month 3 sim.
How do I see how much data I have used. In the Vodafone dashboard it says I have used 5.96 gig which is impossible as I only switched it on yesterday so I think that must be total usage since new.
I downloaded a Huawai app recommended on here but that will not connect.
Any ideas?
Steve

If you go onto the 3 website and sign in to "my3" or download the my3 app you will be able to see your use/balance

Most MiFi devices have a web interface where you can log in and change the settings like the password and the WiFi name. There's probably a reset button in there.

When connected to the WiFi, try putting this into a browser's address bar:

Thanks all, reset the usage in the MiFi, but can't use their app or website because it says it can't be used while tethering, which of course is the only way of using a MiFi .

When it says "no teathering", does it mean you can't connect via USB while using the web interface? You'll just connect via WiFi? That's fine, no?

I use their website, 3 that is, when connected via a Huwaei mifi, don't need to log in just connect and follow the link to usage.

I mean the web site run within the MiFi device that gives you its internal settings... Not the one run by Three.

You can only use the Huawei app if you have a Huawei Mifi. It won't work with your Vodafone Mifi.
A lot of the Vodafone stuff is Huawei, the Vodafone R216 for example is a rebadged Huawei E5573.
