No its a credit card with no charges for atm withdrawls. I t gives you the rate for that day and providing you pay off the balance each month charges you a miniscule amount of interest. Also for any purchases- the bank rate for that day.

Changed some cash up today. Went on money supermarket.com and found Debenhams had a voucher. Ended up getting 1.185 plus a £5 voucher to spend in store today and a voucher for two coffees .:thumb:
