Visited Osbourne House on the Isle of Wight today. Worth seeing but even with the “Age Concession “ rate it was £18.90 per head.😳

I found a Medieval Chateau at Oudon today, unfortunately it was closed so i couldn't get inside but it might be worth a visit when it does open again.

For us all in this day of fear and threat, a photo of simple love and peace that makes my heart hurt at how lovely life can be if man's greed wasn't so prevailing.

Looks like there are a lot of motorhomers being gassed down in the valley
We’ve unfortunately been gassed and robbed in Italy by Romanian gypsy kids, police even told us where they get through the fence, apparently the parents send their kids to do it!
My bag new camera and £300 cash all gone and a wasted morning trying to talk to Police in Italian 😩

Photos en route to, and from, French Pass, one of our favourite Department of Conservation camps in the Marlborough Sounds at the top of the South Island of NZ. We are able to park in the shade of the trees and on the edge of the beach and watch the boats launch from the ramp beside us, see a pod of dolphins swim by, hear the native birds in the bush and commune with nature!
Photo 1: The dog's name is Stupid.
Photos 2, 3, and 4: The van is filthy with dust, inside and out, after about 40kms of gravel road.
Photos 5 and 6: The small settlement of French Pass. We are hidden behind the trees on the right of photo 6.

Enjoyable trip with some quite cold nights. Some on EHU some on gas - reassuring that we can be comfortable in the MH at sub zero overnight temperatures.

Fancied Salad Niçoise for tea today, I normally buy the little tins of anchovies in Aldi but called in a Tesco and bought a jar of John West ones, thinking I can use the rest on pizzas.
Opened the jar when I got home and found the culinary equivalent of a black hole !
They'd cunningly pressed the anchovies around the perimeter of the jar, leaving a massive void in the centre. I should have tipped them all out and weighed them just to see what was what, but I guess I just won't be buying from JW again in a hurry, oh the humanities !
