I love the rounderabout sculptures ,France has some wonderful ones saw some in Belguim too . Have been known to ask husband to drive round more than once so I can get a better picture!!Should have a photo attached should be here!

I know I know Jenny but it's been a day !! EU and wrong shoes( see photo of the day!!) so need spec savers too!!LOL - have you ever seen olives hanging in bunches like the ones outside the basket?

You mean this one?I guess you haven't seen the monstrosity on one of the Roundabouts of the A3125/A39, outside of Barnstable heading towards Bideford, 9 very large slabs of rock welded in 3 steel RHS frames.

Nice photos. In this country we get traffic lights on our roundabouts ???????????
Who came up with that stupid idea ? It's the old belt and braces all over again . The whole idea is that a roundabout filters the traffic by drivers giving way to vehicle approaching from the right. I find that most traffic lights on roundabouts tend to cause more problems than they cure,plus the extra cost involved installing them ?
I find a lot of drivers are distracted enough on roundabouts without giving them something to distract them even more ? This is just a personal view,with no offence intended.
