What happens to the old server/s are they yours or on hire?

It happens that way for most people, but right now there will be plenty of people sat looking at a closed forum at the old server. They will find us eventually.

The old server is mine until Monday, they are leased.

Nice job Jim.

The spec is better we are running on TWO Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E8400 running at @ 3.00GHz we also have TWO fast 500gb disks in a Raid 1 Configuration. Plus of course off site storage for the daily database backups:thumb:

Well done to you both, seems a lot faster, but only checked the easy bit.

Hopefully no one will get lost along the way. But I am sure the strays will come wagging their little tails behind them.

Regards Pat

Hi Jim

I have had an e-mail from Lunarman, he cannot get on to MHFun.
He has tried a DNS flush on both of his computers and has tried both his home broadband and his dongle on each with no success.
Is there anything else he can do or is it just a matter of trying & waiting.

Yesterday had problems getting onto fun even on favorites, today all problems sorted, great got on quicker than ever. thanks. Carol.
