If there is a review thread already running I apologize Jim couldn't find it. I found this company when I started looking for a wildax PVC as I liked their layouts and build quality, they had an advert for an Aurora xl which was exactly what we wanted.
So I phoned the company and was answered by Oliver Hickton who was both very knowledgeable and helpful with out being pushy, having gone to look at the vehicle decided to buy having Oliver agree without any argument that the secondary leisure battery had not been fitted correctly and looked decidedly dodgy oliver said straight away they would replace the battery and completely rewire which they have

I unfortunately i became ill and unable to pick vehicle up with the possibility of not actually being able to drive.
This is where to me this company excelled themselves. my wife phoned Oliver to tell them we probably couldn't go ahead with the van his response was to tell my wife not to worry about the van they would if necessary give a full refund but would keep the vehicle for me until we had more results from hospital and the future was more secure all they asked was we kept them informed on how things were going.
I have now been told I will be able to drive again and i went with my son and picked the van up last week, Oliver came to train station to pick us up on the way to the van he explained that if the worst happened my wife only had to phone him and he would either buy or sell the vehicle for her and would take care of everything
I have to say this kind of customer service is the complete opposite to what I have experienced fro other companies so have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone
