Whereabouts of third 240v socket (1 Viewer)

Our Carthago has a 12v socket set into the board behind the driver’s seat - almost impossible to access.

The 596 has them in some odd places, I think it’s down to where is easiest along the loom, doesn’t seem to be any great logic unless I’m missing something.

Do you think Pullingers, who supplied int originally, will hold that info on an eight year old van?

I assumed it was a new van.

Who did you buy it from, new or a recent acquisition? The other alternative if no joy from the forum is to contact dethleffs. When we owned one, they were brilliant.

Try looking underneath the table in left hand corner. That is where it is on my Dethleffs Esprit T7090. Hope this is of some help.

Nothing there. Think it can only have two. A socket by the table would be really useful.

Heard back from my contact at Dethleffs and guess what? There is no third 240v socket. I'm going to invest in an extension lead.

The technical sheet for our T6501B (attached) states it has three 240v sockets. I have found two. One is on the left side of the kitchen work top (next to the sink!) - the other is on the upstand that supports the corner bed (not a great place for socket either).

I have a socket next to the tv aerial at panel beneath tv. Have to get down low to see it.

Our Dethleffs has 4 sockets, under the table, on the panel under the sink (for a Kettle) and one next to the fridge and one in the garage. The previous owner may have added a socket?
We had one installed in the bathroom cabinet so we could charge the toothbrush or dry our hair when on site.

We found one, (we didn't even knew existed, in our chausson) down behind the passanger seat at floor level on the front of the underseat locker Tight against the door pillar. Now has a charger in, for the gizmos.

I know the OP's Q has been answered in that there is no third socket, but since this thread is still alive I am posting about an additional 230v socket in our N&B Arto.

After 10 years we have found another 230v socket(plus continental Din socket) It is tight up on the wall under the shelf to the right of the RHD driver's seat. Invisible from that seat and only spotted by Basia from her seat when it was no longer obscured by tall items in the pocket below the shelf.

I do not know what it is for, except maybe a vacuum cleaner when cleaning the cab area. Still have not tested whether the feed to the Din socket is from vehicle or hab batteries.

We had mounted underneath a wall cupboard. As it was horizontally mounted under the floor of the cupboard it was hidden from view by a trim. It was only when I was doing something on the floor that I looked upward and spotted it.
