The technical sheet for our T6501B (attached) states it has three 240v sockets. I have found two. One is on the left side of the kitchen work top (next to the sink!) - the other is on the upstand that supports the corner bed (not a great place for socket either).

Anyone know the whereabouts of socket number three?

In a shelf cupboard? (if like ours :o )

Has it go a microwave? If so it will be in that cupboard/space

You'd think the manual (all 270 pages of it) would say where the sockets are - but it doesn't.

in my Rapido, there is one covered by a flap beside the bathroom basin, low down. you only see it from the loo or if you bend down looking for it

Will look tomorrow. No, I'm curious - will go and look now.

What about an external socket outside, it will be under a flap ?

Just checked and yes it states an external 240v socket (if the right van)

Haven't looked in there - thinking nobody would put 240v socket in a shower room...
Every Motorhome we had had has had one there, its only the Brits that don't.

Our ( French) house has a normal light switch and a mains socket in the bathroom, same as our van.

Safer electrical wiring regimes in France

Have they been sneaky - making one of the two you've found into a double?
I think I have three sockets but 'technically' four as the kitchen one is a double

I would have expected that to be hard wired and not count towards advertised sockets available for use.
I don't think they advertised a specific number in my PVC, and as per another thread on the subject of fridge connections plug/socket seemed to be as prevalent as hard wired ones.

In my Rapido they lke hiding them in cupboards.
One in tv cupboard
One in cupboard above fridge freezer which I use for microwave
One at back of top shelf in wardrobe.

I too would look in the toilet/washroom area. Out Hymer has one in the cupboard above the basin. It is there for the hairdryer to plug into. Not that I have ever used it!

Went out last night and had another good look around for the elusive third socket - and it does not exist.

Noop, they haven't been sneaky.

Do you think Pullingers, who supplied int originally, will hold that info on an eight year old van?
