We have been to Spain and are now back in Gravelines and saw very few Brits.

Been away 2 weeks so far and seen about 6-7, 2 English couples on our site in Croatia another 2 vans in Slovenia and 2 in Belgium.

We have come back north to Agde and there are quite a few bits here between caravan s and Motorhomes.
But not notice huge numbers anywhere.

We have been in Croatia since 22 April only seen 3 Brits so far. Told one couple about the forum and I think they want to join. Nice couple look out for them they are called Linda and Dave.
Kind regards sue and Lance

At a rough guess there are around 20 pitches worth here and being a French holiday weekend the place is almost full.

Sounds perfect to me. Last thing I want is to see/talk to English people, especially when on holiday

We came over on the shuttle on the 12th with our first stop at the aire on the Seine North of Rouen. Then spent the weekend near Bléré. Then the aire at la Cavalerie before going to Spain.
We are now going to wind our way slowly back north.
It was hot in Spain and its warm here this last few days Wife's been suffering a bit with it so need to move to West Coast on the way I think.
Hope you enjoy the rest of your stay / trip.

We were the only Brits on a site in Colevile sur Mer but we arrived in Les Andelys yesterday and there are 2 other Brit vans, one is an IH like us which is very unusual. Mostly French and Dutch.

More money circulating in the UK economy can only be a good thing. Loads of boats staying local in my marina with fuel costs being the main factor. My annual trip to Alderney a week or so ago cost us £400 in fuel! More than double having firstly lost the red diesel concession and 60/40 split on fuel tax. I think the boat is sadly on borrowed time!

We saw very few UK registered vans throughout the whole winter here in Spain...though nobody should worry, the Europeans have filled the gaps left by their absence...😀😀🇪🇦👍

I came through the tunnel on the 20th, a couple of nights in Belguim, through Luxembourg and back into France for 1 night. Into Switzerland, now in Italy at a site in Firenze, been here since the 24th. Not seen any UK plated vans on my travels so far, on site or on the road.

5 weeks now in Germany not seen 1

Get some funsters who want a go at sailing, split the cost?

Although on here we seem to have quite a few going but I think in general, Brits are still aprensive about going, but from what we saw last week there is nothing that makes you see what we have been through for two years.
All the french are their cheerful selves and glad to speak to you in the street, everything is just the same as it was two years ago, get yourselves over there, you will wonder what all the fuss was about.
