What Seats??? (1 Viewer)

I could do with replacing my cab seats in my 1990 Kontiki as they are not the comfiest on a long journey. Will I be able to fit any seat to it due to the box they are mounted on or will it have to be like for like.

I would ideally like some that I can add a swivel base to.

you should be able to fit any seat that will fit as long as the fixings are secure

with some engineering, theres scope to fit different seats. I've seen volvo and range rover seats used before/

the swivel plates fit on the standard base and could be redrilled for the top plate to fit other seats. just make sure you centre them correctly to line up with the steering wheel and that they dont make the seat too tall to fully depress the pedals safely

Aguti motorhome seats are firm but comfortable on long journeys :thumb:

Hi Kia Sedona and renault Espace are two types that come with swivels alredy on so you would not have to buy swivels provided your scrap yard has not got orders for them

Why not get your own re upholstered
Our where done by previous owner and we love them so comfy on a long run
