Some sort of push fit water manifold. The two push fit ends are different sizes, so maybe a pipe size reducer.

It is a She Wee! the seal is off so I assume that it has been used!

Could that be a Shewee and a Sheepoo seeing as there is two distinct inputs?

I can remember what is but I got one off eBay a while back for my friends caravan! It’s something to do with the water inlet from an external water carrier I think. His split when it got frosted up.

That makes sense.
Caravans usually have two waste outlets side by side a few inches apart, one for the kitchen, one for the bathroom. That pushs onto the two outlets and the plain pipe goes to a waste tote.
I made one for my caravan.

Certainly can't see it being used to fill the fresh tank.
I reckon the previous owner was an ex tugger and they just threw these bits in a locker 'just in case' they found a use.
