I have no idea but being coloured blue it usually means something to do with water. :D
 
I can remember what is but I got one off eBay a while back for my friends caravan! It’s something to do with the water inlet from an external water carrier I think. His split when it got frosted up.

It's a part from a set of bagpipes.. (I may be wrong).

That makes sense.
Caravans usually have two waste outlets side by side a few inches apart, one for the kitchen, one for the bathroom. That pushs onto the two outlets and the plain pipe goes to a waste tote.
I made one for my caravan.
 
That might make sense as there is a submersible pump in the same locker with other FW bits and blue pipes

Certainly can't see it being used to fill the fresh tank.
I reckon the previous owner was an ex tugger and they just threw these bits in a locker 'just in case' they found a use.
 
I tried blowing it nothing happened. I hope that it is not as JohnJan suggested ????
