Following another thread which praised the virtues of large and small vans, I got to wondering what goes into garages.
My Adria has a fairly large garage with the warning tag "Max 150 kg" they already fit a spare wheel and heavy tool kit.
To this I add two electric bikes (sans batteries), a large mat, windscreen cover, two chairs, two beach chairs, table and mini table, bike pump, beach mat, watering can and short hose, extension cable and adapter cable, assorted brushes and awning poles, two cycle helmets, awning pegs and several assorted small items.

We have the van toolkit fitted in ours as well as the awning winder.
i have added our EHU cable, my toolkit, water hoses and fittings, watering can and 25 litre water container, snow chains ( in Winter) RAC 900 air compressor, picnic table, two chairs, electric bike batteries and chargers.
Then we use it to store provisions for the trip and any drinks we buy( beer, wine, spirits, milk etc.
Then, anything else that won’t fit in the internal lockers!

2 x chairs, 2 x small tables, RAC900, 25L jerry can (water), awning winder, 100ft and 50ft expandable hoses with various fittings, 15m and 25m EHU cables, small tool kit, jump leads, Milenco Quattro ramps, Yellowstone 2 gas burner, 5L & 10L collapsible buckets, rock pegs, shoe trays, Fiamma awning carpet, 2 x rugs, dog bed, clothes dryer, Coveva windbreak, various bits and bobs (I am sure everyone has those :D2) and of course, a Tartan Rug (why wouldn’t you(y)).

If I put all that stuff in, I think there is a risk that it would move about and injure the children and dogs or at least puncture their inflatable mattress?

Too much is the obvious answer.

Apart from spare wheel and bike
A box of bits and gubbins.
A box of beer.
A box of gubbins and bits. (Different)
A box of beer (also different)
A box of odds and sods
A box of wine
A box of really useful odds and sods
A box of wine (different)
Etc, etc...........:D2

Simply anything we can get in!
My Missus makes sure of that!

pointless trying to say what is or isnt there? We are fortunate enough to have a rather large payload. However....My missus still tries to get stuff in there when I turn my back!

a large mobility scooter and loading ramps
2 chairs
2 tables
silver screen
ehu cables
hose
spare tyre
assorted essential kit

Thank you all for helping compile some of the essentials that you take with you. I forgot to add Quad ramps which although much too heavy can be essential on some sites.
After packing my various garages for several years, I am only now beginning to find the best way to stack the assortment of ill fitting items I need.
Why is it that everyone else's garage looks so much better packed than mine?

Damn, pandas beat me to it !
Not sure about pandas but there was a chap on the MMM forum who 'allegedly' had a bear in his garage ... we occasionally used to enquire as to how it was doing and it was often bad tempered and grizzly!
