It’s like a cheap Lakeland catalogue.

Don’t buy their quilt covers though unless you have their quilts as they’ll be a bit big. It doesn’t bother me but I know it bothers people who are more tidy minded! The other way round is very irritating of course.

Do you know me… I hate a bit of loose quilt cover around the edges…

These are so useful, I’ve one in the front cab, on our drop down bed and over a cupboard door!

We use these mats cut down and wrapped around the retractable door step, cable ties to the edges underneath. Non slip and lasts years.

Only ever been in an Ikea once many years ago, but I recently heard an "urban myth" that the difference between a standard portion and a large portion (10 or 15 meatballs) is that the checkout don't count the meatballs at the till, but the larger portion has parsley on it and that denotes the portion size ?
Any Funsters fancy hiding the parsley and see what they get charged ?

We have a large furniture shop here that is only one way.
In the commercial centre we have a new Polish store opened last Friday & that is the same. it sells all sorts including toileteries, perfume, kitchen stuf & is also one way.Problem is if you get anyone in with a pram,pushchair ,etc, you cannot get past & even if someone stops you have to ask to get past it is that tight.
I¡ve never been in an Ikea either

The coffee in Norway was poor generally. I’m sure there were posh places but if you just had a coffee & cake you’d get a free refill. It was often weak filter stuff. We’re off to Iceland and someone whose son works there (chatting to them recently but fallen out of my head!) was saying that their coffee was bad. Could it be a scandi thing?

I like the plastic rest I bought for my tablet it has two different angles and cost me £2 years ago.

We’ve got two of those I bought one in a charity shop for £3 then saw the label on it IKEA so bought one from there for £2
They are really good I also use it in the kitchen for cook books when I’m baking.

If you're on the taller side and your feet keep hitting the end of the bed end get these cushions.

Half the depth of a normal pillow. They been a game-changer for us. SWMBO has made custom pillow cases for them.

Also these storage bags are great for clothes.

Got those 2 green chopping boards, couple of spice rack things with various jars, a ladle, candles of various flavours scissors and jar/bottle opener for my knackered hands bamboo phone holder’s some nice soft fluffy bath mats but will use them in the va floor for my delicate arse…. And probably some stuf I’ve already forgotten about… £74 later…

Oh and this bamboo shelve thing…

Oh and another blue bag…

I was most disappointed though that they have now automated nearly everything, self check outs which I verbally gave my disapproval so they done it for me..

And for the 50p hot dog which is now 79p.. they have them Order boards like at Macy’s d’s and finally got one after several goes of pressing numerous buttons…

God I’m getting old…
