Whale water heater malfunction

I have a red exclamation mark next to the whale water heating display. Any idea what I can do to rectify this issue?

Gas
Water
Charged battery

Press the reset button for two seconds and the exclamation mark will extinguish and all will be well again. Happens fairly regularly with mine. No drama!

Looked more closely and found the red reset button. Held it down for two seconds as you suggested and ‘hey presto’ now working fine. Diolch yn fawr

Thanks for the message but I tried that and still the same

Try pressing and holding the water heater function button , the temperature control bars should illuminate and how many light up should indicate the fault code. (low gas pressure , low supply voltage etc )

Have you tried turning the master power switch on your vans main control panel to off, giving it a minute and then switching it back on ?
