Druridge Bay, miles of beautiful sand to walk along.

Yes........ So I have been told..... "BEAUTIFUL"......... and less than ten miles from us.. :Eeek:

I must have dozed orft while she was driving... I thought we had driven miles...:doh:

I remember years ago my parents rang me up in Northamptonshire to ask directions to somewhere because they were lost in the Lake District, luckily I knew where they were.😊

I'd say druridge bay.. Creswell cars end just by what is known locally as green carrs for obvious reasons is you look at the rocks in the second photo
There is a petrified forest that is sometimes uncovered at the top of the beach after a period of winter storms.
I used to haunt that place on winter nights with a southeasterly sea running
