The pump in Ruffec is at Leclerc S.upermarket, not the easiest access for a large van. If you are going to Angouleme, the AVIA Station/Fuel Depot in Gond-Pontouvre always has LPG available, unlike LeClercs.

hi. the best place for GPL is on the m/ways that's what we do when we top-up but we use m/ways a lot

Try to avoid Total stations. They don't like filling MoHo's

I'm sure you know this already, but in France they call it GPL, not LPG. Also look for the big white storage tanks, they store it above ground, unlike liquid fuels.
