Yesterday there was this big treadmill thing which I convinced her that the grandchildren would want to see Nana do. It was quite stiff so I started the video camera with words of encouragement "Think of the grandchildren, they ll love you for this" then seeing as she was struggling I went to her front and called for to smile into the camera sort of knowing this would mean she would have to lift her head and hands off the inner part of the wheel and cause her to fall over. I wasn't expecting her to fall out of the machine though ! Anyway that gets sent on to the family Whatsapp and the grandkids keep wanting to watch it.

Today I told her I would take a picture of her in a wooden train at a picnic spot but she would have to pose pretending to pull the horn and make a "whoosh whoosh" sound. That's right I was videoing it and sending it off to the grandkids.

I ve been told NO. It wasn't a playful NO, it was more of a I USE KNIVES sort of NO.

I ll work out how to keep them safe (ish) for when bumping into someone or Jeremy beadle pays money for them again

My husband doesn’t shut it properly and then it starts beeping. Drives me nuts. He does the same with the van handbrake too and that beeps as well.
