Hi There,
I am looking for some advice on removing the internal rear wall cupboards in a 1991 Mercedes 208D Autotrail Apache Motorhome as I have some damp issues that I need to address.
I have removed the fronts of the units but I would like to know how do I remove the base/shelfs of the units?
Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Phil

They are probably back screwed through the internal skin before the outer one is fixed in place. That’s how they were made a few years ago when I did the factory tour. This means that you may be able to prise them off but not easily and will be even more difficult to put back.

That will do the job, as you say they are amazing and have been using mine today in the van to cut out some damp plywood in the ceiling.

I would never have taken the sat plate off the roof without mine.

A while ago I had some waterproof wallpaper giving me a hard time - DING - try the blade, the paper just flew off the wall.

Tongue and groove flooring, whip out a board easier than lifting the carpet.

The only way to describe them is "Surgical Instrument".
