How do travellers to Greece dispose of waste water and cassette contents if not on a campsite and also is fresh water readily available

Fresh water is readily available, lots of village taps , Wells, springs etc. Grey water is good to give the local trees , bushes etc a well needed drink.
Cassette....well unless you use campsites you will struggle to find places to empty one. My solution was to not use it. Get yourself a few medical pee bottles and bag and bin solids .
I found it less stressful to not have to worry where I could empty a cassette. And as a result I very rarely use the cassette now even in countries with aires.
