Need to change my solar controller for a more intelligent Bluetooth one and the Victron kit fits the bill nicely but there are a few choices .Does anybody know of the BlueSolar MPPT 75/10, 75/15, 100/15 & 100/20 12 volt would charge by hab batteries and also my starter battery.cheers .

Also I believe it has to be "Blue Smart" to be Bluetooth, the ordinary Blue Solar needs a dongle to be bluetooth.

The Victron chargers only have one outlet to charge the leisure batteries. Fitting A battery master easily overcomes this issue

Great idea . Is there one you would recommend ? Cheers

Don’t forget that if you are fitting one try and get a 100/30, 30 being the highest Amps it will feed from Solar to batteries, if you go low you are restricting the amount of amps thus batteries will take longer to charge up. Another 👍🏻👍🏻 for Vanbitz Batterymaster to trickle charge your cab battery.

I only have 150 w of solar o the roof , would the 100/30 be OTT for this?

Depends I think, on where you will getting the sun, UK probably, but if your going to sunnier climes why stifle the flow?

In Morocco, at noon, your 150W panel might produce around 12A into your battery, assuming it was around 50% SOC. So a 75/15 will be fine unless you are planning to add another panel at some point in the future.

You would only need one of the 100/xx controllers if you want to connect multiple panels in series.

Nearly but not quite right.

Confusingly, the Blue Solar range is not Bluetooth enabled (without also purchasing a separate Bluetooth dongle). It is the Smart Solar range that has integrated Bluetooth.

Yes I think that's what I meant ;) I should know we have the "Smart Solar"
