Van cleaned and looking good…

Had the van cleaned last week and was really happy with the results considering the cost.
Wash/wax and paint protection spray for the roof charged £95.00.
Darren the owner was a really good guy and spent 2 hours cleaning the roof and another 2 hours for the rest.
He covers Bristol and south west down to Taunton over to Hereford and across to Swindon.
I guess he might charge more the further he has to travel but I promised I would give him a plug!

I always have mine pointy bit forward, never had a prob.

If you encounter a branch, it is more likely to cause damage if it's facing forward, as it could jam in.

I have mine at 90 degrees to the van otherwise it blocks the solar panel.

re the aerial, if you read the instructions on the status ones it’s all about the aerodynamics and the increase in pressure on it if pointing forward. I know it sounds the opposite way around but that is correct, point to the rear
