Uconnect radio fault

We have a Uconnect radio/display system in our Benimar 202 2016 model. The unit now turns off and reboots every 3ish minutes. Very annoying and makes it basically useless. Has anyone met this issue and found a resolution??

Radio shutting off by itself

Started today. Wife said radio shut down several times all by itself on a short drive. Seems to do it in run or acc. Probably less than every 2 to 3 minutes over and over again. Comes back on when I manually turn radio back on again only to shut off several minutes later. Anyone else...

Shouldn't be restarting due to software upgrade so the first thing I'd check is the voltage going to it. Is it restarting while the vehicle is running?

Yes, this problem happens with or without engine running so I do not think it is a voltage issue. I have some suspicions re the last service where the technician attached a unit to reset a warning light and wonder if he somehow reset more than the light.
