Hi I'm looking for a smart tv with freeview and dvd for my MotorHome, can't be bigger than 21", any ideas.

Why not get a dumb tv and a fire stick.....?
Avtex do a smart tv/dvd/sat/Freeview, but they are pretty expensive, and you can get an equivalent set-up for less using a non-smart tv/dvd/sat and an Amazon Firestick (Cello, Bush, Sharp, Manta, etc).
