TV retune LG Smart TV...."not programmed" (1 Viewer)

Help please, our SMART TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Since re-tuning last week, our LG TV (freeview), we have a problem, each morning when the system is switched on, the home screen shows "Not programmed", to overcome this we have to select "source" on the TV remote control, select HDMI3, and hey pesto we have channels........but it will not retain the HDMI selection.

Our setup consists of a Humax decoder which is connected to the TV with co-axle and HDMI cables.

Has anyone encountered this ? Any advice how to overcome this issue would be appreciated.

Funnily enough I was having a similar problem with my Panasonic. I rang them this morning and the advice was to do a rescan. It worked, give it a try.

Thanks irnbru Will give that a go tomorrow am, hopefully that will reboot it proper, if not a phone call to LG.

Try unplugging the coax.
It could be sensing that and defaulting to coax.
Nothing to lose by trying.
Is the Humax a sat box or freeview decoder?
