Strange thing, a friend of mine with the identical system to me OYSTER, is getting BBC, ITV ETC. is there something I am missing. BARRIE

When your talking about satellite frequencies everything is so precise.
1. The dishes are mass produced but there is a chance theirs is maybe a little better.
2. LNB.. Maybe has a lower noise (better) figure than yours or again it just has that edge.
3. LNB "SKEW". This needs to be turned when you are further south. Yours may not be at the right angle.
4. Cable / plugs. Easy place to loose quality of signal, especially if you have any bends or tight kinks.
5. Alignment. May be worth "tweeking" with a little manual adjustment. Even though it's automatic.
6. Receiver tuner quality... Some models did have much better tuners and once again things like that do all help...

That should keep you going.. :)

Ok so you have the Oyster digital. What about your mate? And where in Spain are you?
