Trumatic C6002-No heating water (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,

hope you can help me with help, befeore i call local servis.
This truma (gas only) is already 13 years with me, an no big deals/issues until now.

Truma air heating is working normal, but it does not want to start heating water.

Water flow is normal (external water pump) and jo air. Water is inside truma.

There are no red codes, green light only, but no orange light.
When iam turning knob on switch very very slowly the orange light shows up for less than a second. Also i can heat light click in truma when moving switch to position 40 or 60.
It looks like water thermostat fault…

Does anybody ever has a same or similar isssue?

If it lights as you turn switch Slowly it point to a faulty switch.
Dirty or burnt contacts inside switch.

but green light shows immediately and air heating starts immediately

Is there a reset button on the boiler ?

its not a noiler its a combi truma. there is no button but i made reset with dusconecting the power - but didnt work.

The Truma troubleshooting guide for the Combi lists battery too low possibly causing the fault you have described , is the battery low ?

Thanks for helping, but battery is full and RV is now connected to 240….

The only other thing That I can think of is that a poor 12v connection at the heating unit (or its earth connection) would give similar fault as a low battery
