Truma Water problem

Hello, My onboard water tank keep emptying and I can see water coming from a pipe under where the heater/boiler is located ..could anyone please give me some advice (I'm a newbie)...Kind regards.Paul

The frost protection is probably open as that is where it would drain. It might look like these

The automatic drain is activated when the temperature falls to around 4°C, it's a safety feature to stop your boiler getting frost damage if you haven't drained it down. Once it's been activated, if you turn on any tap in your van, the water will usually take the route of least resistance and pour out of this drain. If you're using the van, just turn the water heater on after resetting the switch and refilling the boiler.
