Since late summer the truma heating and hot water hasn’t worked on leccy. It’s a

Combi works on both gas and leccy or combi of both

There is no fault code or red light to indicate a fault, heating and hot water work on gas. Initially workshop said working-as the blown air was working, however they didn’t wait to see if the water heated up or heat come through the ducts. fuse has been checked, but my reckoning is if blown air is working that maybe fuse is fine. Any info would be very welcome.

Blower duct air is 12 volt, is there a red button on the side of the heater (high temp stat)

Heater elements possibly busted - there are DIY guides to changing them, but not for the front hearted
