For the serious folks; I have not done a programme as such but a general get together Fri evening ( venue indoors to be confirmed ) as i will be wanting to welcome you all. Then your ideas will be vetted.
Saturday, day will be your option for the train rides , the evening will be either the dog show, whiskey/pimms taster session, gaelic music , dance demonstrations, quiz night, Treasure hunt, pass the sausage, outdoor chess, duck shooting,
Sunday, identify the fly pass; Spitfire or Hurricane spotting, more train rides going the other way.
As before if anyone is interested in visiting the engine shed i will take names at the venue and try to organise with a Locomotive driver, (i`ve been told of for calling it a train when not coupled.)
ahhhhh not sure why i`m typing this, its gone well in the past so why start worrying now.:welc:

If it is full is it standing room only or can you sit on the floor? And is it OK to find a place if you don't want to share a pitch with your wife? :)

The title is in fact now wrong because some people have dropped out so there is probably some room, standing sitting and sharing your wife or not. :D

Peter people have dropped out but i have had a reserve list, some Funsters have NOT completed/ticked the attendee`s list. I do have to be careful not to overfill the site so would prefer anyone who would like to attend to pm myself.(y)

Hi @B-well
If possible could we also stay on the Sunday night as we would like to enjoy the full day Sunday. From there we are heading straight to the Lake District, so would be nice to have a morning start.
Cheers
John

A couple of us left on the Monday morning last year, after a Billy Bunter breakfast in the cafe over the road.

Another candidate for a Monday morning departure here, as it will be at least a five hour overall journey time for us to get home.
