If that picture is 35 yrs old it is way ahead of it's time

Trabbies were reputedly made from compressed cardboard and resin

the original idea of a convertion was thought of in 1997.
its still a currently built motorhome but now with a diesel engine (correction...its a one off i think)
this is so unique i thought it deserved a BUMP!

I've lost count of the numerous white plastic boxes i've seen during my current trip. So far the only different ones i've seen have been a Dethleffs Fortuna finished in metallic silver and red and a Westfalia in silver, both lwb Transits.

come on remember the tor car morris marina,cant be any worse.after a year they were full of filla n wire mesh. british design n tecnology at its finest. surprised no one did it to an allegro. van den plas very nice. the good old days.
