three roaming has been giving a " no service " on my Mifi since 12.30 lunchtime today across all of France and some if not all of Portugal. Their website says that they are aware of the problem and working to fix it. Hope they hurry up!

Bl**dy annoying. We have 3 x three phones. Two of them went down this morning, I managed to make a call to the UK around lunchtime on the other then that went off too.
Luckily, we have an iboost and are connected to a Fon hotspot so at least we can email and get online

Strange - ours is working okay, on a site south of Rodez, via Bytel. Not the strongest signal, but working okay.

You must be the only person in France on 3 with a phone signal!
Ours are still off and no word from 3 when it will be fixed.

3 have 3 different partner providers in France. Possibly one of those are down. You can manually choose a different partner on most devices.

I found that I had to change provider a couple of times in France. Just go into settings and look under network.
My question is, how on earth did you manage to cross Portugal and all of France in the 10 hours ?

There's a similar discussion going on a Farcebook group where quite a few people have got a signal and lots haven't. Maybe down to which 3 partner network?

My Mifi just says no service . When I go into the settings and search for networks there are none available at all. I have tried everything with no success. My iPhone is a toggle sim so no problem on that front

Yesterday morning, mine was using Bouygues and Mrs A was on Orange F. Mine went off first with hers following an hour or so later.
Tried Network Selection just now and 4 carriers are showing. Orange F, Bouygues, SFR and Free. None are giving any service. Normally the phone is set to automatic network selection and it will pick up the strongest network.
It's definitely 3 that is at fault. Hope they haven't gone bust!

Where do you find this? I've looked on their website and can't find anything. I put my home ( UK Kent) postcode in and it says there are issues there, but no mention of France.

If all local roaming carriers are showing available to the phone, and 3's website is also advising issues in the UK then it sounds like a core network issue to me.

I got the info from down detector website.
Since the network appeared to be down for quite a few people in my locale here in France I did some digging around and found the website with info from three's twitter feed

Have been using the Huawei MiFi in Italy for two weeks with no problem, then last night coming back into France "No Service"
Just tried again tonight and it's logged on to Orange F 3G service.
So looks like they found the fault or paid the bill !!

Our phones came on around 4pm, we are also connected to Orange F, always used to be on Bouygues before.
Anyway, the main thing is, we are working again.
We are going into the Free.fr shop nearby next week to get a couple of French phones so we don't get caught out again.
