sit down to eat at 8pm, most people ive spoken to are going to leave around 7.20pm ...... gives a leisurely stroll or a slow walk to arrive well before time. i suggest carrying a torch for the journey back .....

a couple of people said they may leave earlier and sample some of the local hospitality venues ...

PS, i dont want to worry anyone, but i saw a big yellow thing in the sky a few minutes ago, no idea what it might have been ,,,!

It's going to be one of those factor 50 then raincoat then factor 50 then raincoat days.

I saw 17A earlier, now fully replenished after some 450Wh generated. The 200W foldout panel really does give a boost when pointed the right way and that yellow thing makes an appearance.

I don't know about everyone else but I would like to say a huge thank you to Dave MisterB for organising this evening's Indian feast. We thought the food was wonderful,the service was great and the Funster company was brilliant as usual.
I hope everyone was of the same opinion, so again thank you Dave.

For those who didn't attend, they missed The Miracle, one of the persons attending was transformed from a Vegetarian into a Meat eating carnivore, she was tempted to the dark side by a Lamb Jahlfrezi, as it's aroma entered her nasal area I could see her being invisibly moved, she was shaking as if the meat spirit had entered her very thought process .... her taste buds couldn't resist. Her declaration sounded across the restaurant ' I'm not really a vegetarian ' ....

It truly was a miracle .....

Unfortunately, Kirsty has succumbed to the lurgy, so we’ll head for home while she’s well enough to drive her car.

Hi Dave please can you get the dog owners to take their dogs off the campsite field for a wee etc especially at night ( they have a lane at the gate ) as they are using 38-43 as a dong toilet and that’s where tents camp normally and don’t want to be set up where all the dogs have had a wee etc thank you
