That battery has had so many names that its not relevant. It's just a DC31 found as Numax Alphaline Hankock Lucas etc etc etc The grey colour is a new trend

Andy, I see you connected both +ve and -ve supply to the same battery. Is that only because you have very short leads and thick cable between the batteries?

I have ordered a Nozatec Satnav.

When it arrives I will be spending hours reading the threads on here as, when reading them without the unit in front of you, they make set up, loading POIs etc sound difficult.

Hope I don't end up throwing it out of the window in frustration. And, yes. I am a techno numpty.
