Well that was one of the nicest coastal drives ever we stopped at a park up where the toilets were closed and every Tom dick and harry was zooming in close to the van to use the “closed” toilets. Soooo we moved closer to Nordkapp in fact we’re only 4 miles from it, it’s one of the last park ups before the Nordkapp centre, so we’re off there first thing, gonna be tight going back down tho

It's very gentle here in France, not too warm, not too cold it's just right. As a young blonde lady said, although I heard she was eaten by a very annoyed female bear.

Beautiful balmy evening temps here in Alcossebre, give Spain a chance Ade and you might be surprised.

The food here is fabulous and so are the people

Just out of interest Ade, have you bought any in Scandinavia? From what I remember you could have done a Portsmouth to Bilbao crossing for the price of some alcoholic products!

Well we survived the wind, I think all the roof vents and solar panels are intact I ended up turning the van round INTO the wind at 10.30 last night which wasn’t ideal as it was darker than dark up here. I had a fantastic nights kip tho

Well after the excitement of reaching the Nordkapp we decided to head in the Hammerfest direction but after having a few park ups in mind that turned out not so good we found this park up for tonight! Hoping for peace and quiet

Just had a thought whilst I was driving here and pretty much elsewhere in scandanavia.
If I had a RWD Moho I would have got to a thousand more free spots.
If I had a 4 wheel drive I would have got to 5000+ more free out the way park ups.
We passed a great park up by the sea front today, it looked that good I had to turn round and have a look, sadly for me it was a sharp ramp back up to the road that had been repaired and the old girl wouldn’t have pulled herself back onto the road, she would have sat on the ramp spinning her front wheels and digging herself in

Oh and bobnick the Park for Night App is your best friend up here
