It's possible to pay on the gate but you'll only be allowed into the "general" parking, not the dedicated MHF area. To join us you'll need to book on-line, making sure you select the club you're camping with as Motorhomefun. You use your forum name as the membership number. When the tickets arrive you'll see that the gate pass shows M.Fun for the marshalls.

You fill Jim's form in that's what you have done but if you look on forum under Malvern it will tell you how to get in touch with organisers and you pay them direct,dont leave it to late to contact them as it usually gets booked up quick

Warner’s are to make an announcement about the Western show next Monday 13/07/2020
I was told this yesterday when I phoned for a refund for the Peterborough show. They said they could not pass our Peterborough booking on to Malvern, so this does not look very promisin.

Tickets have always been a bit tardy from Warners - I once had to ask for them to be left at the gate 'cos I'd not be home to collect them.
More concerned now, though, that they are still accepting bookings but there is some doubt on whether the show will go ahead.

Well Peterborough is going ahead at the end of July. Wild camping as they call in so just fresh water and elsan point. No showers, toilet block.
No entertainment and a better layout for the traders.
Based on that fact I think we can assume Malvern will follow same guidelines.
P'boro is £30 camping 3 nights so let's hope some discount is on the way.

I've booked Peterborough and there wasn't an option to join a particular club. Looks like it's all just general.

Tried to book the Malvern show for wild camping but seem to be unable to proceed past the booking in page. Sorted now there is a spot with no lable to highlight oposite the camping option to continue with the booking, found it by going to the Peterborough page where it is labled

Where it says GENERAL CAMPING (above Vehicle details) there's a tiny circle you have to click on to confirm.

I see from the TV there is a Covid outbreak very near to Malvern, I think it may be best for us to miss it this year, Shame it's our favourite show

The answer appears to be no just like Peterborough. Just general wild camping no entertainment. Great shame and I suspect all the Warners show for this year will be the same.
