TF1 FRANCE & Rugby World Cup....

Hi all
Newbies here - with silly questions.....

We had thought that we didn’t need a TV in our soon to be MH - but that ignored the fact that we’ll be in France during the rugby World Cup, with early morning kick offs!

The Uk coverage will be on ITV, but on TF1 in France.

What are the options for watching? Would obviously prefer to watch on itv but fallback of watching in French would be ok.

We are looking at a 30day mifi 75Gb contract, or unltd data sim and assuming that we would stream on tablet or laptop, but also seen cheap 12v 24inch smart tv’s online.

Don’t really want to spent a lot at the moment as really not convinced we will watch a lot of tv after this initial one month trip.

I don't know how it works on mobiles in England , but being with orange here in France allows me to have orange TV app. Therefore wherever I am if I have some good signal and I had in Portugal, I can watch all the programs I want in French AND I can also have the English programs I pay for, ITV being one of them. May be this sort of thing can be done with English Orange or another data provider?

I would watch French tv myself.
