Hello all, I have recently (end of Sept) bought a small MH (6 m total length) and will be storing it at home this winter. Unfortunately it will be under some trees and I am worried about it getting covered in you know what. Just wandered if anyone has any advice what to do about it or maybe someone has an old spare cover! Next year it will be stored in a different place. I
Thanks.
Daventry area.

Can't help with the cover but Hi from the teeming metropolis that is Northampton

From what I’ve heard they can tend to scratch the motorhome as the cover gets blown around in the wind . I’ve never had one so don’t actually know if this is true .

Perhaps you could put a temporary gazebo / shelter over it so the gazebo isn't touching the motorhome? I's be worried about covers rubbing and damaging the paintwork / finish of the vehicle.

Would something like this work? You could add to the height using poles or blocks or similar.

Pechris I have one of these Cover and it works well , easy to lift on , I have removed the metal hooks and tie the cover under the motorhome, keep the straps tight and you will be fine , despite what some "experts" say I have mo damage ( loose straps that flap do the damage, this is my third cover and it has survived the storms of recent months.

If you clean the roof and then give it a good wax over it will be much easier to keep it clean after the winter.

Did you mean temporary?

Hi, I have been meaning to ask this question, but can tag it onto this thread, has anyone used a cover, and separately at some other time that Fenwicks winter protection coating? Which worked better?
Regards
Mike.
