Tad on the Big size!

Re the "clubs" yes I get your drift but we have just booked 4 nights on Kingsbury Water Park C&CC for £67.34 grass pitch no electric, we are only going because we want to be there for something but I was pleasantly surprised by the price and the fact that they offer non electric pitches(y)
Certainly the better of the two Martin. 👍

Saw this at La Jonquera. It came into the car park lit up like a Christmas Tree.

Cheers,

Jock. :)

Wouldn’t want to try cleaning all the bugs off the front of either of them, but admit, they’re both gorgeous 👍🏻

Deffo not a horse box, got a brief glimpse inside then later they opened up the back and got a brand new Mini Cooper S out of it. Rear wheel steering would help on some corners. A right monster and would love to have had a good look inside. It was Merc powered.

Love the side pipe.
I reckon the toughest choice would be - Scania for the V8 or Volvo for a decent gearbox?

IMO always Scania, in the old days Scania gearboxes, a mixture of splitter and range change, sorted the men from the boys but were great when one got used to them.👍

But where the mini reversed out of is where the Gee Gees go😉

Usually rear tail drops down and opens to stable, rated to around 3000kgs weight in there👍🏻

They've been making motorhomes as well for quite a long time now. Fairly regularly see them in Spain and Morocco.

Yes it was quite satisfying to get the changes dead right, although a few interesting moments when swapping from Volvo to Scania. Sadly the new generation Scanias aren't the same, yes immensely powerful but almost all "autos" and the most people who have driven both ( and arent diehard Scania fans) agree that the Volvo box is better.

Impossible to access so many places . Takes up so many spaces on an aire .
Should be banned !

as I watch people making a complete mess of trying to reverse their PVC it all makes sense
Your not wrong, there are some terrible drivers around who cannot reverse a Motorhome in a slot, even worse when the passenger is there directing 😁😁😁

As you say it’s all down to the driver and Nick always says if you can get a bus/coach in there I can get the MH there too all 39’11” of her! But he is still driving the wagons for a living and he says a rigid is always more tricky than an artic even with me directing 😂 trees are always our issue, the roof doesn’t like them. Getting onto the eurotunnel train is impressive too. The mirrors have about a centimetre clearance. 😲
