I had a phone call from someone asking for their subs refund because ...... "The MotorhomeFun weekly news round up was anything but weekly and when it came it was pathetic". So I'd like to take this opportunity to let everyone know...
  • The newsletter does not form part of the subscription
  • Even though I'd like to deliver it each week, I don't always have the time. However it still justifies the name "weekly news roundup" as it always deals with news for the previous week :)
  • It's main purpose is to encourage people who do not visit regularly to log in.
  • You cannot get a pro-rata refund if you do not receive it.

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
Well, it takes all sort I suppose.
I hope you just gave it them and didn't bother Discussing it. How bizarre.You always get one......

I for one enjoy reading your newsletter Jim and appreciate the time taken to do it for us. You'll never please everyone there is always someone who feels they don't get their moneysworth in all walks of live. Sad arn't they

I am really not surprised Jim.

Once had a customer ask for something to be delivered the following day by special delivery which we did - then they complained that they had not been in when the postman called and could we arrange for a taxi to pick up the parcel from the post office and take it to them that evening - at our cost.

They never did pick up the goods, we got them back and had to do a refund. I reported it to Paypal and refused further orders from them.

I think just at ParkVerger I have had my subs back.
And one of the main things for me is Rule 1
As I cant spell very well.
And no one takes the p---.

And the Jokes from Old-Mo( ok so I lie sometimes)

An ex girlfriends father was once seen at his insurance brokers demanding the return of last years premium as he hadn't made a claim.

In his defence he was Canadian:D
