Streaming quick question

If I get a fire stick or equivalent can I stream to it over 4g from my phone . Other than a TV , no other kit required . Also does the fire stick draw power from the tv ?

I stream from my Iphone when away and the stick is powerd from a USB port on the TV.

Just one thing to think of, not all TVs will have a USB that can power other stuff as they are often only there for you to add updates to the TV software.

If no USB socket on tv you can always use mains plug.Not much good if no elc unless you have an inverter. BUSBY.

The fire stick input is 5.25v max 1 amp so running it from a 12v socket will be fine.

Even if I had an inverter, I wouldn't use to to run a USB charger!
