This has just started apparently for no reason at all. My engine battery goes flat in just over a day while standing. I recenly charged it fully and within 48 hours it was too flat to turn the engine over. The battery is new and ther is nothing on that I can see, Any ideas what to look for would be welcome. By the way it is a Pilote 715 FJ on Renault Master
Cheers

That's a big load.
I suspect the battery is faulty even though its new.
Try disconnecting then charge fully and let it stand 24 hours then check the voltage.

New, brand new?

Could be a fault battery if the old one was better?

The battery is about 6 months old and I renewes it when I bought the vehicle a year ago i was not sure how old the battery fitted was so erring on the cautious side I renewed all the batteries.

Divide and rule. You need the determine whether its the battery or the MH, disconnect the battery from the MH charge it fully. Does it discharge rapidly?
