Socket power circuit has stopped working in our Kontiki Swift 665 Vogue. 240 power still coming into the van, all breakers turned on

Because fridge is still running off 230 and so is the hot water pump for the shower

Think you'll have to take a bit of time tracing the run of cables to the sockets.

If there's definitely power going to the van then must be a fuse/breaker somewhere else.

Without trying to confuse things some fridges (I think) have auto changeover so could it be running off batteries or gas and you think its still off 230? Same with the pump maybe. Better ruling the easy stuff out first.

I do not know your van but would have a look at the mains power supply unit for fuses and where power distribution begins.

Yes I wasxwondering if there's another set of fuses somewhere else. The van is new to us so still learning its idiosyncrasies. There is an auto setting on the fridge but it's definitely switched onto the 230 setting only. But TV stopped working and the sockets that we were running a littke electric heater off. My partner is normally great at logistics stuff but even he's stumped. Our logic says there has to be another fuse board somewhere

It sounds similar to this if you have two trips, one will do the fridge and boiler (pump will be 12v) the other the sockets,in this case one of the trips had failed.

Are you able to check the plug-in output connections (with EHU disconnected) on the rear of the (Sargent ? ) PSU are fully pressed in as the fridge may have its own output power supply from the rear of the PSU and the sockets could have there own power supply outlet from the rear of the PSU.

How do you know the fridge is on 230v.
If it loses 230v it automatically switches to gas.
The mains switch may still be on but it's running on gas
Also, the water pump supplies all water, hot or cold, and is 12v only.
I reckon the post has tripped or you have a faulty hookup cable.

Thank you for all suggestions. We tried changing hook up cable and changing hook up. Still no answer. Going to take it back to depo to see if there are hidden fuses we haven't found yet. Thanks for all your suggestions.

I doubt there's any hidden fuses for the hab electric.
There could be a faulty breaker cutting off 230v.
If you have the ability to safely check the voltage leaving the breakers, at the breakers, it will show if a breaker is at fault.
Also possible there's a loose wire between the hookup socket and 230v fuse board
