I ordered a Fiat Ducato spare wheel carrier from Coastal Motorhomes which to be fair arrived promptly. The day I placed the order I also called my nearest Fiat Professional Dealer for a price, left my phone number. Still waiting for the call back.
Drove to the storage site yesterday with the part and tools guess what the bolts supplied were M10 my chassis holes took mate bolts.
Another trip time and money to find the correct size bolts then back to the storage site to carry out the job.
Missing was a plastic wheel type nut that secures to a stud on the carrier.
Anyways today I called Coastal and they told me they ship out exactly what Fiat supplies. I remarked to maybe put a note on the advert that mate's may be needed save people aggravation. Asked about the plastic wheel securing nut - that's £9.66 plus post but one should be in your tool kit. Guess what missing from new !!
