Setting up EPEver 3210AN controller

I have just installed the EPEver 3210AN Controller with MT50 remote meter. The remote meter device info page shows Rate Voltage as 24v and I can't access the page to amend it although the manual would seem to indicate that it is configurable. I also can't access the sub menu which displays the controller serial No. I feel I must be missing something but cannot work it out.
